EPCglobal™ and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, invites you
to join us for a day full of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) discussions,
networking and solutions.
On Tuesday,
October 7, you can learn how RFID can help you and your company improve your
business operations on many fronts and move forward in the 21st century.
What is RFID and How
Does it Affect You?
RFID is a
technology that is starting to touch many companies and help them to improve
their business processes in multiple areas. Whether you are required by a
mandate to provide products with RFID tags or you are looking for a way to take
your business to the next level, this day of learning will provide you with the
information you need. The event is geared for C-level executives and upper level
management to provide RFID information necessary for business decisions that
will help your company improve your business practices.
About the Conference
The day will be
made up of two parts – a conference and a showcase of solutions. The showcase
will highlight local companies that provide RFID systems and solutions.
The conference
portion will offer sessions that will concentrate on the business reasons for
RFID rather than the technical details. This open forum, lead by RFID experts,
will take you beyond supply chain solutions to learn about the other
opportunities for business improvements using RFID through case studies of
applications that have been deployed. You will also have the opportunity to hear
from investors in RFID technology and learn about their interests from an
investment standpoint. For those that would like to get some basic education
about RFID, we are looking at holding a separate session based on the needs.
